  OfficeA2Z automatically computes the sum as and when new items are added to the shopping cart.

  Before committing an order, review the item list in the shopping cart, make changes if need be, and specify payment and delivery options.


  The built-in approval workflow in OfficeA2Z automatically routes purchase orders requiring approval to the approporiate officer in the buyer's organisation.
